New to our range: Holiday house with a terrace and parking space, right in the ski resort
This is a lovely self-catering chalet, completed just recently and in a sunny location right in the Klippitztörl ski resort. A special feature is that you can ski straight from the piste to the chalet.
The house provides 120m² of space for six to eight people and has 6m² of space for storing sports equipment (skis, sledges or bicycles) in an annex. The house also has a big, very spacious kitchen in a modern style, with all the necessary cooking utensils for preparing a five-course menu. It has an electric stove with an oven, a dishwasher, fridge with three freezer compartments, cookware and tableware, an espresso machine. There are three bedrooms with eight beds (double beds 180 x 200cm and single beds 100 x 200cm). Bed linen is included in the rental price. The bathroom comprises a big shower, a WC and a washbasin. There is an LED TV with satellite channels. The house is on two floors. The ground floor has a 65m² living room and the kitchen, a living room with a sofa, flatscreen TV and radio, the bathroom with a shower, WC, washbasin, hairdryer and infrared heating. There is pellets heating. The second floor has the three bedrooms (two each with a double bed and a single bed, one with a bunk bed, totalling eight beds).
Outside there is a sunny 60m² wooden terrace with terrace furniture. There is a garage, as well as a parking space.
Klippitztörl is not only suitable for downhill skiers, but also for snow shoe hikers. The trails are five to ten kilometres long and are signposted. You can also go on guided snow shoe tours. The locality with shops is 20km away.
