Boo premium living villas is a bioclimatic complex consisting of two identical residences. The complex is located on the west side of Lefkada, in a very close distance from the famous beaches of the island. The simple design of the complex is inspired by the Greek summer. Natural materials, endless view, natural air conditioning and minimal decoration give a sense of luxurious simplicity. The goal of boo premium living villas is to create a friendly and warm atmosphere for the visitor making him want to return there every time!
Description
Built over the village of Tsoukalades and almost by the forest, boo premium living villas welcome all the categories of visitors. The bioclimatic complex consists of two residences of 110 sq.m. each one named Greenboo and Blueboo accordingly. The explorers of Lefkada will be thrilled with their hub as they are in a close distance to the most popular beaches of the island, while the city of Lefkada is just a few minutes away, offering many tourist attractions.
Residences are built on the principles of bioclimatic design. Energy-efficient A-class window frames, combined with thermal insulation, in all facades, roof and flooring of each house (made of energy shell ), achieve natural cooling in the summer and as little heat loss as possible in the winter. In this way, the ideal temperature inside the house is ensured at all times of the year, making it human and environmentally friendly.
Eco Residences
Each boo villa consists of three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a spacious living room, kitchen and dining room and has an internal wooden staircase. Boo premium living villas are equipped with handmade furniture made of natural oak wood, linen, pillows and mattresses made of natural non-metallic materials.
Guests enjoy excellent sleep and relaxation thanks to the comfortable beds and the variety of pillow pads (natural rubber and feather) that all rooms are equipped with.
Each boo residence (up to 6 people) contains a fully equipped kitchen with energy class A electrical appliances, with local Greek products. Each boo residence has a private pool with salt (chlorine free) ideal for children, a herb garden, a vegetable garden and a yogadeck (in Blueboo).
The style of interior decoration is characterized by simple elegance. Natural materials, earth tones and bright decorative elements create an atmosphere of relaxation and tranquility for the guest. The bathrooms are equipped with a hair dryer, organic cotton towels and bath products for personal hygiene and beauty made from Greek materials.
