The elegant and family-friendly house with its two holiday apartments is in a quiet location at the heart of Zell am Ziller.

Opposite the guesthouse there are a big leisure park with a children’s playground, bowling alleys, tennis courts and halls, a Zillertal cycle path, mini golf and a volleyball court, as well as a big outdoor swimming pool.
